Just wanted to say (apart from: “Sorry for not posting!”) that the proliferation of AI garbage on the internet knows no bounds.
I had been carefully monitoring a feed on Substack, waiting for an actual human to demonstrate there IS someone behind it. Then it released a podcast. FINALLY! Access to the supposed human behind the newsletter…?

This channel is 100% AI. All fluff. No human intelligence to speak of. An AI generated podcast. I had “followed” it for months waiting to learn what human wisdom was hidden in the unnecessarily obfuscatory nature of online platform publishing. Perhaps they’re just shy? No. They aren’t even human.
I thought AI was about coercing the electorate, falsifying material, facilitating attention-economy profit, and all other modes of manipulation. Strangely it is more ubiquitous than those at-least-utilitarian ends. Sigh…
Summary: Deny AI datacenters entrance into your community. Deny AI products a foothold in your mental information landscape. We do NOT need this. All is clear already. If you doubt, simply pause now: look and see directly…
I want to launch my “Buck Stops Here” newsletter to decry this nonsense, among many other writing aspirations. Life simply has been much too demanding lately for me to launch a new channel. Sorry to “degrade” OSA with this nonsense… but I love Lau-Tzu! AI cocking that up is, frankly, monumentally irritating. Which is saying a LOT in this day and age.
